Thought I start a post about Management bullies that you have come across in the NOV world , seems it common for these people to get away with it.

MY BIG FAT UGLY GOAT-FACED FEMALE MARRIED MANAGER IS A BIG BULLY. SHE ACT LIKE SHE'S HARD AND A BAD ass SHE DOESNT EVEN HAVE A DEGREE OR EXPERIENCE IN MANAGEMENT. BITCH CAME FROM NOV MANUFACTURING INTO CORPORATE. SHE ONLY GOT THAT POSITION BY BEING A TWO BIT LYING SACK OF sh-- BACKSTABBING COVERT INSTIGATING NARCISSIST PRETENDING TO KNOW SOMETHING. BET SHE WOULDNT DO ALL THE CRUEL THINGS SHE DONE TO PEOPLE SHE FELT THREATENED BY IF SHE WERE IN A DARK ALLEY WITH THEM.
All those who worked under Matta and were forced out or let go.....they need to return. The only reason they were canned is because they had too many ethics and principals. Not a reason to be let go but............get rid of Jack C and bring in someone with morals!!! That guy could not operate a mouse trap!!

If Jack C is a dick, why does he hang around? Who protects him? Maybe he should have gone with Matta. Guy is not bright at all and does not make good decisions. Has made a number of bad choices but will never admit to them. As a woman, he is a total jerk and is very disrespectful and rude. The people I know who stood up to him and told him the facts are gone......they were let go because they hurt his pride. I am looking for another job to get away from this mentality. Everyone at NOV is afraid to speak up because we know what happens when you do.....you are out the door! We live in fear Clay!!! HR will not help......they are more corrupt than the ethics and compliance dept. No one protects the workers at all! Thanks for the great work environment Clay! If I had another job, I would be gone and never look back!
The entire Montrose Aftermarket Management team, total sleazebags, don't even care about the workers, just themselves. Big Biffo the Bear, turning up half pissed every day, and HR too scared to do anything. Arses!

Lee Foley , always threated the lads, was reported by numerous people to the management and HR and even to the main man at Bedlington ,never did anything about it, so much for the NOV bullsh*t in the work place !!!!
I created a small program to quantify some manufacturing processes. Showed to a subordinate who I thought was a friend. That bastard took it and claimed it as his own!! My boss knew better and questioned me about it. I told to ask a simple question. What do the German words mean? I had on a whim inserted German to have a better expression. Never trusted that sorry backstab bet again.
