What kind of people are these minneapolis office? Seen enough bad behavior and true colors of the so called midwest!! Good learning on realities of 'nice'

For me it has been 3 years(.com group)It was rough for a while when I went to another large struggling local retailer. But after moving on from them it has been great. There are challenges everywhere but my career has evolved in ways that would have taken 10years at Target.
