Her people knew who was going to be laid off before the rest of the company. How else you think everyone knew layoff were coming.
If corporate knew that some of her "gang" were informed of who she was going to lay off before corporate was informed, they probably wouldn't think so highly of her or the blabber mouth(s) either (and yes, there was more than 1)
This lady is a racist. Gives opportunities to her son's boyfriend. Acts like an angel to get your attention talk about your business to everyone. Let's go of hard working minorities.
If she decided to take care of her own people that were loyal to her that is her own judgement call. At the end of the day, you must look out for yourself.
She will take care of her Gill Gang but not the rest of the others. Only takes care of the ones in her inner circle. Circle of kiss asses that all up her butt. When she is away talk about her and her family issues.
