Intel CEO Brian Krzanich moved quickly Wednesday night to quell a firestorm of criticism he received after news leaked that he was holding a fundraiser at his home for presumed Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.

Guess that answers a few questions for me.

BK's move then explains the article on circuit. I was wondering where that came from.

Don't worry, we still have Murthy. Intel spent $20 millions to hire him. That should be worth something.

He misunderstood and thought he was going to a fundraiser for Grandma Hillary. Then, he backed out when he found out it was for Trump.

Lol. Feel you knowledge gaps about Russian science. Don't forget to read about graphene, superconductors, nuclear energy, space engines, weapons. Russian math and programming schools are still best in the world.

Speaking of that startup... I don't say they hv done a huge progress in self automation cars, but definitely they are recognized computer vision professionals.

Regardless if you lean left or right, this should tell you BK is indecisive. That's scary for Intel.

Seriously, where is this investment in new tech he's talking about. He had thousands of people who are skilled and could be reorganized to work on projects geared towards growth. That would be investing in the future.

There is nobody left to work on any new projects. There is a hiring freeze so there won't be anybody to work on new projects.

Nope, tons of skilled people gone, no actual investments made. (Yes, there are some people who needed to go, but for the most part they survived while good people left)

(The Russian self driving car thing is a joke. When have the Russians done squat in any bleeding edge technology since sputnik? )
