Then there's this teamwork here where everyone is really an individual contributor who throws their stuff over the fence. I definitely feel 9-5 I'm in a dictatorship where freedom of expression is suppressed.

I think OP is saying that 9-5 is all Intel will now be getting....I'm sure no one here has worked those hours outside of Finance.
PhD, if not shut the F*** up and get to work. 9-5 dang how do you still have your job? I worked 20 plus years never less than 60 hours, never got to take all my vacation, worked on weekends, on vacation, delayed my sabbatical, first level 4 in a couple decades and forced retirement,
