RMO Normal Shift Staff especially Snr Engineers and Engineers work 9am to 5pm instead of 8am to 5:30pm. Just because they do not need to clock in and out, no evidence to catch them LATE In Early Out. Suggest to enforce ALL NORMAL Shift to clock in and out to improve PRODUCTIVITY !!

inabiity as a sw chief to handle his software dept .....
Software many Staff / Snr Engineers/Engineers. Each handle a portion of software.
Issue happen, EVERYONE is "waiting" for "Some ONE to amend his/her portion BUT NO ONE willing to do it. Software release not really full prove only TRY AN ERROR....
Uniquely RMO a few director / managers without portfolio..... Also a manager taking care of jam-ban (toilet)

Even in SSDC RW7 about 6-7 manages working only on one single product...wtf
Too many enginners holding one product in mdw...time to chop chop lol
