It's easy to find self-centered, rude, and unethical execs in the current batch. I'm looking for the ones who are well liked and well respected. Hard to find them. Anyone got suggestions?
I was in a meeting recently with someone who has "chief" in their title. I was presenting a strategy for how to fix a major screw up that is costing the company millions. I had about 20 minutes to make the case and had waited more than a month to get on the calendar. This person spent almost the whole time checking texts on their cell phone. So disrespectful. With this behavior at the top, is it any wonder the company is in trouble.
