Why is Intel buying a computer vision startup? Instead shouldn't they be asking the startup why they aren't buying Intel?!

Last 2 IOT M&A were SW companies. Switching SW IP to x86 is straight forward.

No, you cannot tell our management anything. The are arrogant beyond belief and drunk on spending the money of the Moore, Noyce and Grove legacy. They cannot be successful on their own once they have burned through Intels old fortunes but they are not aware of this yet. They actually believe they have skill and also believe the thoughts and opinions of anyone working at Intel below grade 12 should be summarily ignored.
