NO must be the vote. If we don't fight for security, everyone without it who doesn't take the eisp will be laid off. How many more members will we lose over the next year? Back to picket line and back to the bargaining table is the only good answer.

I don't see where the union is having to endure givebacks? I'm not union, but from what I've read the contract looks very fair. I'm surprised it took the company this long to agree like they were holding out for some huge giveback that never happened. A lot of wasted anger, money, and productive time in my opinion. I'm just you're coming back so I can go home. I've enjoyed learning a different part of the company but I am also smart enough to know this isn't for me. I did my best, and I feel good about the work I did, but I know I can never say I'm as good as someone whose done this for years. I know some say we did better, but I'm a realist. We did fine, but no way did we do the job like the union guys can .

To broke to vote no
Bernie and Hillary are getting married and the union will be broken. Conference bridge at 3am cause its super secret cause the union sold us out and Mars is going to attack in a week, I told you this a month ago, see I was right! And Washington is watching a storm which was part of the sellout contract to ruin lives and eat babies. That's why the gorilla was shot, to keep the truth hidden from the union minions. ALL AIR CONDITIONING WILL BE BROKEN TOMORROW, MARK MY WORDS. This was a hidden part of the contract, and they will not be fixed. Vote NO to this thing we can't read because we lost our glasses and it's in Chinese because they run the union and the Russians run the company. Do me a favor and shoot me like I was a gorilla dragging a child so I don't accidentally vote yes for this contract that doesn't really exist, except on Mars which is why they are attacking us.

Take the EISP. You'll already come out ahead from any RIF package that management will ever get, especially if it's a 6 and 6 that's offered.
