There are several kinds of directors, engineering director and senior engineering director. Which director knows this list?

Ranking list? So the least crappy person in a crappy group will fare better than the least good person in a great group? That makes a lot of sense.
Directors are suppose to let HR know if there are issues with the list that could cause Seagate legal issues or could impact revenues.
It was done exactly like this diring the last RIF

I heard same thing today. "Ranking lists" have been submitted by the Director level. Sr Directors/VP will start making their decisions. I have no idea how deep this will go.
When will director implement this list? How reliable is your source?
