When this company can , they don't pay any overtime all over the world in many countries at workers , unless Union is coming or people go to court ..even in country where they have strong labor regulations... ...This company win millions dollars with this strategy....SLB say..This is SLB culture ..work hard play hard...As soon people join this company they are trained to do long hour job ..with a log trip in the field... and they are for not claiming extra money otherwise they will have a D as notation at this end of the year and get fired after...it is like the army .. no complaint... shtttttt silence if you want to keep your job ...
