Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

All I can tell you is Intel is full of back stabbers. Looking at who I worked with, they were all back stabbers

In couple weeks it will be a yr since the 2015 ISP. I started my new job July 27, 2015 so basically right after Intel. All I can tell you is Intel is full of back stabbers. Looking at who I worked with, they were all back stabbers. Every single one of them. I can't believe I lasted 17 yrs in that sh-- hole. All I can tell you is don't trust the folks you work with. They will kill you if they get a chance. Don't trust anybody. You will know if you have some time to think about your coworkers.

I second this. I also divorced from this company since my FLM lied to me for years. I wrote private email to my colleague to watch himself from back-stabbing from FLM, and you all guess what???

The madufaker forwarded this email to FLM. No face forwarded email to spineless character. Both of them teaming up to protect their fat asses!

INTEL lawyers came to me to start threatening (sending me the email copy), but I already have tons of real evidences about these cock-roaches.

Judas everywhere in INTEL. Watch out!

No question that you cannot trust FLM and SLMs. These groups of mgrs are skilled liars and backstabbers.

I'm grateful to Intel for these years. But that culture is going to sink them. The business is not good anymore, that culture stopped any diversification effort.

@HFonI36-eio, I'll explain your statement. When you join INTEL, you work like crazy, since you do believe in the company and its values. After few years (2 to 3), you start discovering true nature of the toxic environment there. You get crumbs/almost nothing, but politicians and asskissers get most of the credit.

Then, you connect the dots.

Never did. So, what really buys to you or others/new company that he'll give to me good reference? He is a damn rotten player, with very bad corruption habit.

It is just an cruel interest game. You cut to him obvious interest, he'll try to back-stab. Simple as that.

That's pretty bad. A small amount of sucking up to your manager at a company that's laying people off yearly at the cost of burning a bridge to possibly a new company when you need it.

Not claiming people are smart. If you don't believe it then better to trash it.

Yes, it truly is a dog eat dog shark tank with a set of rules that goes above and beyond the ordinary corporate culture. You can place blame on a process that has no rules or means of objective regulation. In other words, the process is out of control, and control theory would dictate that the output is unpredictable aka.. a form of oscillation that has no determinism. Pure strife.
