Where do I see how many vacations exist in the Intel system under my name ?

@ctd is correct.

There is no official tracking mechanism. When I got ISP'ed last year, HR just asked me. I tracked my own vacation in my head. They never questioned my number (but it was reasonable. :-)

The real answer for this is that if you're an SNE (non-exempt, generally technician) your remaining vacation hours and PA and floating holiday hours are in the time card site.

If you're exempt (salaried) there is no official tracker. Your manager might track this but it's doubtful. I have a feeling that if there was an official tracker most people would realize they rarely use all of their allowable time off and start to take it.
