It is hard to come up with any Pros for any of the US based employees of IBM, in the IT sector. Hundreds, if not thousands were laid off in March with 3 month notice and one month severance. And now, more were laid off in May!
People in the US are being laid off left and right, while folks are being hired overseas. Wonder how long companies that IBM supports in the US will continue to use IBM services. No room for progress or promotions.
Please do not decimate the US middle class. The top executives are cashing in on the stock options while thousands of employees in the US are being laid off, every month. The CEO has her bonuses conveniently linked to Watson and Cloud. Sad to see the slow death of a company.
