And yet no one cried foul about this illicit practice. BK was the quick replacement since PO had to step down before having to answer for it at the open forums.

@HEXM3pQ-nhz you're incorrect, for this suit we received the notice of class action in 2014 and had to log into the system through the link the law firm provided, validate that the job descriptions were valid for past years as well as personal information. In my case there were several years I was in technical PM and systems analyst roles, I validated they had my information correct and then had to register to join the suit. If you didn't register to join by the deadline then you were not included as a class member and didn't receive part of the settlement.
Yep, I have copies of his emails; Renee's email was worse. One of the reasons I took ERP - as you said, ethics comes from the top, and it's now corrupted on top.

I don't think big 'O' is the only party to blame. The 'no-poach' deal was undoubtedly approved by bot Legal and HR, clearly showing how little they respect the laws of the country. Same as ongoing age and race discrimation.

That's not how class action suits work. You have to take action to not be part of the suit. If you don't do anything, you automatically receive the class settlement.
i got a check for $4600 Christmas week as settlement in the suit...I am not an engineer though I had held what Intel classified as "technical" positions. I've heard that some people got as much as 11K. But a lot of employees just threw away the notification to join the class action suit so they didn't get anything. Which leads me to believe that a lot of ee's simply didn't choose to participate in the suit, which is good for people like me who did :)
