It is sad to see what the company has become. This was a great place to work in the past. Now that all is ran by financial people the spirit is gone and the culture is crumbling down. People, Technology, Profit is a thing of the past. Profit, Profit and more Profit is the core now. Forget the so called strategies, the transformation propaganda and our executives big lectures and presentations. EPS is the sole driver. Besides that they have neither interest nor clues.

It has always been profit-profit and more profit. Recent downturn has just laid it bare in the open.
Many excellent domain people have been laid off, while CEO is wrongly claiming that key skilled people have been protected. One of my friends, an experienced domain person has been laid off without any notice.
