Safe SSL 5 in HR

There are SSL 5 that HR is safeguarding in their sham job re-deployment programs. Having already exceeded the time that was alloted to these candidates.

...A SSL 5 should not even be chosen for re-deployment...

Is it fair to the many that were laid off for getting low grade stocks, for some of whom it was their first focal.

"Intel not an engineering company anymore."

The most "engineering" many folks do involves Powerpoint these days.

Everything looks "game changing" with arrows, boxes and logo's...

Not agreeing that it's the right thing to do, but it's not like either of us can do anything about it.

@-hyu are you agreeing to HR saving below-average SSL 5s that no one outside Intel would hire .... to give them a sabbatical during ACT and Intel instability ? HR is going against positioning these people into work and following the timeline provided to find work fo4 them.

We must eliminate these HR programs and the lazy HR running them. Why have rules when HR decisions are discretionary.

It's not fair but that really doesn't matter. Intel leadership can hire and fire us (or most of us) "at will" for good reasons or bad...valid "performance" metrics or otherwise. Clearly the goal is to cut experienced heads...and so they are.

HR have asked those people to go on vacation and take a break while ACT is ongoing because.... it is not possible for these people to apply for advertised jobs or deploy them into jobs. Their redeployment efforts will continue after....whenever ACT is over ....and Intel reorgs are completed.
