But, wouldn't be great if the ghost from the old Scrooge movie came to him and made him walk through the lives of all the people he has hurt and stolen from...life is not fair so I don't expect him to care or have empathy for us that actually were the company. When he threw us away he threw the company away. And now it is done.

It is bad enough that Ace Hardware sells Craftsman products which we at Sears have to exchange because Ace will not honor the warranty, but if others stores also start selling Kenmore and Diehard plus Craftsman tools,all we will be doing is giving away free exchanges for products not even purchased at Sears.

Translation: The iconic Sears and Kmart stores as we know them will be shuttered soon. Maybe even before the end of 2016.
