They recently updated it to pay a lot less. Because they are a--holes like that.

In the US, the serverance was updated last summer. For 0-5 years it's 1 week per fully completed year of service. 1.5 weeks per year for 5-10 years and 2 weeks per year for 10+ years.
Capped at 50 weeks and min of 2 weeks.
Its posted on my.seagate.com. 2 weeks per year
Similar at Korea. One month salary per year. To people who work during 10 years, it is 10 times salary.
Think it was 4 weeks per year ,capped at 18 years.
