How about all VP's/GM's and MCM shoiw leadership and compassion by getting zero raise, zero bonus, and zero stock (L5) on account of the 12,000 layoffs. This will motivate them to be more careful with Intel's resources.
Then if they want to right another algorithm for layoffs, they might be subject to it too for their L5 stock in their focal history.
