Is this the identity thief protection thing that swn put us in? I thought this thing ended when we were laid off. Don't know why they keep charging me

I heard back from HR - They said just don't pay it and you should be dropped. I'm saving that email just in case not paying goes bad and I need to take further action against HR.
I got one, called and was told I needed to contact HR to cancel. Emailed HR and haven't heard a thing back from them.
I too called and cancelled as soon as I received the bill.
The statement does say that they can send it to collections if not paid. I called and cancelled.
Hmmm, I just received one. Don't know why. Maybe its just a bill offering the opportunity to continue participation. I'm not sure I want to shell out the money, but may call customer service (the number is listed on the bill) to gather more details.
BTW - you aren't being charged. Its a bill. If you don't want to pay it, either ignore it or call and cancel. I don't see any obligation tied to this bill. If I call customer service and find out anything further, I'll update this thread.
