I though ISPed person can file unemployment only after May30, when you are officially off the payroll. Is that not correct?

I thought in AZ the "no double dipping law" states if you are getting a severance, you are not supposed to get unemployment for the duration of the equivalent weeks.

Also, I thought you are supposed to report back to the Department Of Economic Security if you get any future checks from your old employer (while receiving unemployment).

I’m receiving benefits in AZ, after taxes $214/per week. Applied the week I was ISP’ed.
