Yep, if the numbers aren't hit the VSP folks will likely become the next class of ISP folks. Take charge folks! Make your own decisions and move on. Don't wait for 'the man' to make it for you.

There are reports in another thread that some managers got perp walked today. Can somebody here confirm or deny?

It's rumored Intel actually wanted to layoff between 25K and 30K people. Perhaps that's still the number and they are doing it in phases. Everything is black boxed and lawyer-ed up. Won't know till next year.
11% per group is not the number. Depending on the team more % may have to be cut

Yup... if the numbers aren't met, little birdie says the VP/GM will then need to hit "the number"
Thus groups that don't make it with VSP/ERP/ISP many more heads are going to roll. Maybe throw darts, maybe convert bottom of the VSP to ISP, maybe more, who knows.
So, maybe just walk the hallway, did your group lose 11% yet, after counting ISP, VSP and ERP, if not then more are going to be leaving soon!
