Starting in 1991, things have definitely changed from what the company was then to what it has become now. agree

Intel has proven itself to be a highly unethical, immoral, unprofessional company. The proof is in the pudding:
-They do not promote employee loyalty or growth.
-They scapegoat classes of employees to meet headcount reduction quota irrespective of performance.
-They don't take responsibility for their own actions and instead, chose to humiliate, instult, and tarnish the professional reputation of hard working professionals.
-Management behavior is like that of snobbish nobility.
-IC's are micromanaged and pushed to get work tasks done by any means possible, including threats, insults, and mental abuse.
-They create a toxic and hostile environment, pitting coworkers against eachother.
-The list goes on...
I disagree. Intel is a good place to work..the company is going through a change. And a change is needed for the company to go to the next level and compete. Sad that many people will be let go, but it happens in any company. Tell me one company where I can be guaranteed work for 35 years and retire and I will be amazed.
