Apparently not all ISP last year signed some form they couldn't work at Intel ever again. Is Intel forcing ISP to sign this form document now?
And for those who need to know: of course not. I will never work for Intel again.

This year if you are targeted for ISP, then Intel will not rehire you.

OP is full of it. Most likely got called by a recruiter or headhunter who is not related to HR nor has a list of the banned folks.
Why would you fill out an application, interview, go through all the trouble then turn down an offer?
so you interviewed for it or they just called you out of the blue?
