No you will not get ISP at least this time.
Is there a target for me with an ERP for rule of 75? I'm not old enough to retire but have been here for 25 years
You should be fine this time. But realize that being offered the VSP & ERP puts a target on your back. You have hit the rule of 75 and you have been in your current grade too long (most likely reasons). Either turn things around in the next year or you will get ISP next round. Hint: they really want you to leave.
