She learned about intel layoffs. Now she wanna wait a few months before she comes to USA. Whats my best course of action here? There is no trackitt.com for them.

I quit Intel Last Year after 11 years of working thinking of taking a break. A resignation meant nothing more than a month's advance pay and leave encashment working in Asia region. Guess should have waited and got layed off to get a good settlement money
