with this kind of system now in place, you're ----ed whether you're laid off or not!
I had few shots of whiskey last year to celebrate my ISP..my friends stopped by my house and enjoyed for that night.
The next day polished resume, started LinkedIn networking n application..got job offer around 21st July ..
Overall experience was challenging but enjoyable too..was able to refresh mu technical m behavioral interview skills...not much to worry..enjoy ..
I'm going to celebrate by getting an offer from some other company in case the SHTF and my division/group goes down the toilet come June.
@nxr dad?
Is it weird that I would be celebrating if I did get laid off. Unfortunately, I was spared.
What I'm going to do if/when I survive tomorrow is your mother.
Nothing to celebrate. Business as usual
Same here @ypb
I just crashed on my couch for three hours from the letdown of all of my anxiety that has built up over the past couple of weeks. There is still a chance something could happen tomorrow. There are no celebrations. Instead of getting work-work done, I'm working on my resume, networking, and working on my exit plan for project cuts in June. No celebrations here. I won't be exhaling for the next several months.
Don't we all have several dozen retirement parties to attend next?? Will be great mood for that won't it.
They will probably celebrate that your bitter a** is no longer there. Have some self-respect already.
I had a few teammates who I considered good friends get walked. I can't in good conscience celebrate while their butts are still red from BK/Murthy's boot.
I'd polish my resume and send it out to everyone i know in the industry.
With BK at the helm, this ships is going down fast.
