@2lph: You don't meet any of the requirements for enhanced retirement.

What is 15 years or more? The Rule of "55 and 15", which means you're at least 55 years old and have completed at least 15 years of eligible service.

@1duo: You don't get a choice. What it says is: "If you're selected for the ISP and also retirement eligible, you remain in the ISP, however you are eligible for an enhanced package for retirees."

Thanks to the last poster who is 61. I am 60 and only got offered ISP. HR said I must meet rule of 75 to get ERP.

I am in Texas. What was your LOS? What is 15 years or more? I have 10 LOS.

Also what is enhanced retirement?

I am retirement eligible by two Intel rules, 61 years old, and got ISP Tues. I was ONLY offered ISP with enhanced retirement benefits. I was not offered the ERP. I specifically asked the HR 'expert' about this and he stated that "you are only eligible for one package" (and ISP takes precedence). This agrees with other info I've seen. I'm in CO, so perhaps it's a state thing. Can anyone confirm they actually got / will get a choice to take ERP if ISP'ed? Of course you won't actually know this until you get the paperwork. In my case, I don't think it makes much difference, except for the medical coverage.

I am 60, with 10 years LOS. Thought I would be eligible for ERP according to this criteria:

ERP:

Anyone who is over 60, Rule of 75, or new Rule of 70 55 and at least 15 years of service.

Many of the standard Intel retirement + 12-18mo of medical + 1 year of pay + APDx.

Need to choose by Jun2 last day is Jun 24

Yes; 55:15 rule; ISP with retirement kicker or ERP; I will choose ERP
