During my journey, I never had any problem. My manager was an indian also and I really had excellent performance reviews. My big mistake was move to another team and work with a manager that did not trust on me and in my job. I still have my H1B, could you guys help me to figure out what should I do ?

With h1b you have very Limited time to transfer your visa, otherwise you need go back to India asap.

Well said, Intel thrives on hardwork of immigrants. Most specifically Asians (Indians, Chinese, Malays) being the brains behind all success the company currently has. Thus begins downfall of Intel.. another HAS-BEEN-COMPANY of good ol' USA.
