I have an appeal that was actually accepted for review. I'm awaiting to hear how it all turns out. It seems there are SEVERAL people in a very similar situation. One L4 in the last two years with an unblemished record before that. The number of appeals going on is astounding.
And, the Yes song is perfect. I now have a Yes Pandora station. Thanks for that. As for the subliminal message...there's a lot to the story. It may make a book some day. If you know me already, I may let you in... If not...I may still. Let's see how this all works out.

Jim, you probably don't know me. I was your customer on one of the many projects s few years back. I thought you were fantastic. Your ratings speak for themselves. You will be hired any day by any company. I wish you all the best. The picture you posted just bothered me so much. So unfair!!! I
Thank you all. While being bitter is an understandable first reaction, I'm trying to shake that off quickly. I really feel for both those let go and those left behind looking over their shoulder. Intel doesn't deserve to have someone as talented as you are Jim. You'll find a way better job in no time. The company will be split in half (Best case scenario) within 3-5 years.

Wow! I got offered VSP but you should have stayed while I'd gotten the boot with only one year of an exceeds in my whole 21 years there...I would have given up my spot to take your place with the ISP. Seriously...you deserved to stay. I'm so sorry...thinking more and more that I need to take that VSP. How do we stay behind and work for this beast? :-(

This happen to me in July , same record, except the group I was in for 5 years told me that SSL4 related to your grade level. The amount of actual stock was performance but the actual number at to do it with Grade range. Which is clear the manager was clearly not even trained in giving reviews. The fact managers were NOT trained on what SSL meant etc. in itself should account for lawsuit.

To OP: The people in your team who you thought were your friends did you in. I was ISPed last year. It took me a while to figure this out. Lots of back stabbing and mob teams @ Intel.
