I heard from my manager that they are doing away with stock levels for next year. Not stock but stock levels.
But who knows ? We will have to wait and see what new scheme they invent to trip us up !

That is exactly what we have right now. There hasn't been BE for years. We have successful and IR. plus stock levels. I hope there is something else changing that will incentivize people want to work with each other again.
Your manager will deliver your review. You will either be successful, or there will be a trap door underneath you that opens and delivers you back to your car, never to return again.
Yes. This is it. No more BE, only SSL and IR. That's why someone asked BK if Successful is the new BE. BKs answer was about SSL levels 4 and 5.
I had heard that they were going to eliminate the current O thru IR system and go right to the SSL rankings. You will ranked against your grade level and contributions to your own module. All manager levels within your module will be able to grade you even if only by perception. Sounds very cutthroat and will place the blood directly on the hands of your immediate mgr.
