Same percentage may be more in number of actual people impacted. Also, they tend to be lazy and whine a lot so it seems as f they are more in number.
If you are white and over 50 and performing well over the last three years you can be sure that you will be retained

So unless you got a ssl4 or 5 your probably ok
If your last focal was ssl4, it is automatic ISP. If your last focal was ssl3, then you'll have optional VSP.
