Another White Mail over 50 thrown to the curb by Intel

Yep got my walking papers today, but I expected it. The package was good, better than most, more than I actually expected. In a way I am glad to be free of the big 'I'. High pressure, never ending demand, and if you are not one of the chosen, you never advance. I for one am glad to be free of the stress.

I know of 3 Asian men and 1 black men that were let go through ISP. That's just via a small sample I know. Just thought I'd help people see that ISP is not targeting only white male over 45.

I felt exactly the same way when I was walked. Never ending work which was affecting my family life and the knowledge that I was never going to progress in my career path. Mgmt had what they wanted as the got the work out of me that otherwise they would have to do. I had an actual feeling of euphoria walking out the OC exit doors. I felt like an ex-con who had been exonerated after false imprisonment. Now I have that wonderful time to spend with my family again. True elation!
