Just watch your co workers turn against you. Every man/woman for themselves. I see it in our shop everyday. It's just like the survivor show...the less people there are...the more stabbing of the backs. They start forming an "alliance" ..."you save my a and I will save yours" kinda mentality starts, then more people fall out...then it's "I will only save myself". I see people lying on others for no good reason, people start throwing good people under the bus for what they think is personal gain. It is SICK!!! If anyone out there witnesses this crap...stand up and get these good for nothing a--holes out...if at all possible! Stand up for the good workers left! I for one am so tired of our little kid of a supervisor and his little boyfriends that hide from work...while the good ones are still at their posts getting the jobs done. What goes around comes around and sometimes...you just have to stand up and say this sh# ain't right. Stand up for what is right people!!!!#

Going on at our shop everyday. Closed doors with people sleeping and working on personal computers doing job searches and NFL draft projections while the few do all the work.
