Xerox needs a new upper management structure, this needs to happen very quickly - Ursula and Co.need to adopt some of the core values of the accounts they have lost, due to very poor management... There is so much focus on short term, nobody cares what the next year will bring....
Xerox treats the employees like disposable slaves. They hold the whole call center accountable for the few who are doing poorly, instead of handling the few, they punish everyone...
