Are we going to see any layoffs this week at the shop? We are not making any money due to 11.30hrs a day, and no jobs in the forecast. Any inputs

Keep up the good job suck up managers in dm.
Workers, keep up the good job kissing what yall good at.
Why single out an 'old' drill bits guy? He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to be around with a good attitude during this downturn. He does his best and is willing to go the extra mile for bits. If it is that bad for that posters that have 'problems' why not just leave the company now instead of sticking around yourself?
I am amazed of the ole guy that drill bits keeps flying up there. Has to be every bit of 65+. That dude must know someone very well in Houston.
Congrats on still working. Ask for a raise.
Management be aware, the person who's writing this is the person who's going to walk upstairs in your office tomorrow morning and ask for a raise and or promotion to tech3.
We are trying to keep the lights on bs.
I witnessed a technician cost us a major NPT,group 7. the technician and his co-worker basically confessed about what they did in a meeting with the presence of the operation manager. Maintenance manager was there, lab supervisor was there, pushpull supervisor was there.. I mean come on. No actions were taking because both of them are in what so called Alaskan closed group. Management team including maintenance engineer stood up by their side and blamed it on to many things to do and not enough time to double check crap. Some of my coworkers are very protected. We are not equal in this location. They get promoted quick, they go for field trips any time they wish, going to shool almost every 6 months, always going to the store, they speak their mind without consequences, and so forth and so on. One of them got sent home early because of his attitude and now he is back like nothing happened.
I really can't wait to find a new job and quit this unethical location from HR to management they are all dirty.

If revenue less than base costs...expect...30% cut in crew levels and 70% in TLM.....if your higher grade than FSM your safe, as are HR and HSE.
I haven't heard of any manager got layoff. From sugar land campus to all other shops. Team leaders, supervisors and managers are all safe. Funny.
Shutting down soon
Stay strong. Hours will bounce back.
Unemployment payments are nil. You are still making more on the slope without overtime or less COLA. Congrats on still working.
