Hope the overpaid mechanics (David Acuna, Alex fatshit) have fun going to rosedale. There bullshit hours they pretend to work. Ive watched them for years mess around (watch videos, vape, and play grab ass in the trailer for a minimum of 1-2 hours every morning, while I went to work in the field where the money is made. They raked in to this day 120 hours every 2 weeks, while everyone else is on 35-40 hours a week. I remember David Acuna bringing a stun gun to work and tazed people with it. I reported it to HR of coarse nothing was done.
Now Jesus Ortiz, hes a real winner. This POS got a DUI and still got to keep his job when they were doing layoffs of people who had clean driving records. He even got a driver…yes a driver…Raul Rosales. Raul drove him around everywhere Jesus wanted. They would sit out in the field for hours in the truck saying there doing and “Audit”..right…. Raul burns down a Weatherford rig and doesn’t get let go, (they were bleeding down the well and Raul got lazy so he used the one ton to move the pump closer to the well…5 feet from it….where it was bleeding down a gassy well. He then leaves the truck running and well BOOM massive fire and injured 2 people 1 of whom was burnt very badly. Raul on the other hand not a scratch. Now he is supposedly safety?) Ive personally seen Raul f---ing off for hours at a time with Jesus. Driving him into town and all around Bakersfield to waste the day away. They did 4 rounds of layoffs and these two fine employees are still there. So awesome.
Weatherford Corod was a great job for the few that wanted to do things right and safe. They tell you in the meetings to do it the right way the first time. Then when we go out to work in the field the supervisors (Manny Moreno) “Hurry up, don’t do the JSA, HURRY HURRY. Back in my day when I worked at Key blah blah blah” Then when a safety person comes along. Manny backs off his little horse and throws us under the bus.
Ive reported so many things to management about unsafe acts and all they did was push it under the rug. Well good bye Weatherford Corod. That blood will be on your hands.
