I happened to save my pay letter email attachment this year, but I was wondering if there was a way to look up my past pay letters to see my stock level history.

No. The pay letters are not stored in the EDA. You have to ask the manager to pull them from the managers tool for you... Or save your hard copy.
The pay letters are not in there
I went to the Employee Document Archive, but I only see my performance reviews, not the pay letters.
