How many cuts in USA? And when will majority of them happen?

Alcatel-Lucent in US is populated with 95% of it's workforce that permanently work from home with very little work - and run businesses or second job along side.
Each ALU employee is warming a seat to repeat a task on a weekly or fortnight basis. ALU does not like to pressurize or demand too much from their employees. Like a PM might have a job of only running a weekly report. A technical manager who after 10 years of managing his same engineers still does not understand what systems or processes are in effect, he just holds a half hour meeting with them in the week and continues to live his good life at home.
I am glad (I am a shareholder) Nokia will clean up Alcatel-Lucent in NAR (North America Region). That company has too many lazy, self-entitled, spoilt employees that have been around for decades with little or no work - and without pay raises or bonuses but refuse to leave for greener pastures - solely for the reason of being virtual employees with no supervision.
