So its gone all quiet in the UK on this - I'm not sure anything is actually happening - Any ideas?

Check your manager's calendar on Friday for any private appts in the week ahead. This is a sure sign of ISP meetings. In addition if you see that your manager has suddenly blocked out their calendar. It also means layoffs the next week.
Only things to think about is what level of stock you were granted and your rating at your focal.
If you have "below expectations" or "improvement required" or SL3/SL4 I would start to clear you desk.
Decision will be made by HR, not your line manager.
