If you received level 4 stock or lower review in the most recent focal review (for 2015) then you get ISP. Anyone who is above rule of 75 and meets those requirements gets IERP (involuntary early retirement plan). VSP and ERP are being offered in the US through May. For the most part diverse employees or employees not in the U.S. are exempt if they are located in low-cost geographies.
