I know he supposed to be a nice guy and all that, but he has presided over this sh--tshow since 2012. At some point, the board has to be blamed for allowing us to buy MFE, ALTR, and hiring this clusterf-ck of a CEO.

AB = vision without execution. BK = execution without vision. I remember hearing a talk from Andy in the early 00s about how Intel and TSMC were going to be the only companies that could afford fabs (this was when many still operated their own fabs successfully). And he was right! But what has Intel done to take advantage of that 10 year foresight? NOTHING! So as chairman of the board, great you've got some vision. We're all happy for you Andy. But what do you do? You support/hire vision-less CEOs Paul and BK to execute Intel into the ground!? You better than anyone should understand the CEO must have a good vision for what Intel needs to become AND ability to execute.
AB is clearly unsuccessful. Intel's lack of growth and inability to increase shareholder value are good indicators of his failure to lead. And just when Intel required somebody with a clear cut record of leadership and success, he picks a couple of second class citizens to run the company. One of the two already has left as she knew the two in a box plan had failed. Clearly Intel needs somebody with actual business skills to recover the company and not just lay people off. Also somebody who should be able to stand up to and not have his clock cleaned by an idiot like Jim Cramer.
