Sorry I do not work for Intel but I saw paperwork that said variable separation pay not voluntary separation . I did not know this sight was only for certain prople.

ppl, if someone is asking for clarification on TLAs that all Intel ees know, please don't clarify for them...as @icj says, they aren't an ee and have no need to know.

If you're referring to the VSP, that's "voluntary separation package."
