All the VSPs and Early Retirement emails were sent on Monday the 25th. There is no particular email for ISPs, but you will be contacted my your manager to meet with someone from HR.

The 3 people I know of today were notified by their managers around 1pm this afternoon--no prior emails were sent.
This is going to go on for a couple of months...frist ISP..VSP...early retirememt...then massive project cuts....

You will be contacted by your manager through email the night before (after 9PM) if you are scheduled to meet in the morning. If it is an afternoon meeting, you will either be contacted at night or by 11 AM the next day. They are also requesting the scheduling be all non-verbal. You almost feel like a convicted criminal at this point.
