Time to go work for the government. They raise budgets every year, give out record bonus while running massive budget deficits and they never fire or layoff anyone no matter how bad they perform. And they get pensions and medical coverage for the rest of their lives.
Man, we are stupid to work in the private sector.
I think that's easiest way to get an excuse to cut people out, especially with more experienced folks(more money) without appropriate connections.

Yes, same thing for me. SL4 this year with successful and now I am out.

When you are senior to give the other guys a ssl3 you have to get an ssl5. That's what happens with a fixed bonus budget.
