Basically if you get a bad focal, it's a warning to go find a new job that starts June 1st or so. You get out of Intel, pocket the package and go on with your life a little wiser and richer.
Yes - there is a time-saving BKM here. Schedule a single meeting to present your review, take your badge and lap top computer, and walk you to the door. In fact, they could just grab you at the front doors on the way in - forget scheduling. Seems to be the "new normal"
