Phil is a creep for sure. If anyone deserves to be laid off, it's him. He walks around being a total perve and makes women uncomfortable and tries to act intimidating to all his employees when really he's just a douchebag that talks out his ass It's definitely a good thing if he gets the cut for any future employees IF Weatherford even survives this anyway.

It's Cementation out of Oklahoma. Doesn't Mike work for Phil, which is just another layer of management to deal with? Phil has always set off my creep radar so maybe that's a good thing.
