Any of you in similar boat getting low shares SL5 last year because you changed jobs .
The reason for class action suit.

Yes, changed jobs near end of my focal to my dream job. Made 8 server products meet schedule last year. Got the boot because of SL5. Being new to the company, I had no clue this was a factor until I read the recent Oregonian article that low SL's are sitting ducks. It looks like the appeal will be in vain because no college want to backs me up due to fear of involvement.
At-will employment makes it extremely difficult to sue for wrongful termination - unless you're a protected class (age, race, gender, disability, etc.) and the reason for the firing was specifically (and legally provably) your class. And even then it's an uphill battle to meet the legal standard of proof; the water is likely muddy.
Why are they targeting SSL and not performance rating?
