Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Once upon a time Intel was a great company run by great leaders who innovated and invested in great technologies

Today, Intel is a cube farm of PowerPoint rangers run by managers who measure their success by how much money they waste. On top of that equation for disaster, over the last decade, the company allowed a plethora of strangulating processes to govern activities....down to the way you drink coffee....with lids only.

The laws were written into stone without any care or understanding of the consequences. The result is that all the folks that spent years in technical schools learning a skill are prohibited from using it. The folks that have devoted their lives to the job have no voice in any group.

Look at the leadership. Is there anyone there that you want to grow up and be like???? Hell no. Responsible for failure after failure with no personal admittance of the fact.... What the company has turned into makes me want to vomit.

Intel forgot how to make money long ago, but they damn sure learned well how to waste it.

See yall later.

In total and by literal definition Intel is a racist company. By that I mean Intel has specific race quotas for specific employee skin colors. If you don't have the right skin color you face a greater risk of ISP/VSP because Intel has to reach it's 2020 goals. But don't take my word for it. Look at Intel's own documents:

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/diversity/diversity-2015-annual-progress-report.html

(click on download pdf, then see the last page (pg 58) which shows how many more "wrong skin colors" need to be fired in order to get "right skin color" folks in...

There are no more true leaders in Intel. Management is just there to save their own asses. They do not hold themselves accountable for any of the massive company failures. Take the example of the latest promotion to BK's executive staff. Under his "leadership" the Portland Technology Division lost a huge, seemingly insurmountable lead in chip technology to our competitors within a single technology, and he gets a promotion for it. Good riddance, Intel! The fabs will die a slow death.

Which union are you a member of? None you say? Quit your whining. The party has ended and now you sound bitter like jilted lovers who forgot to look ahead for themselves. You old timers had your chance but no, you believed in your sugar daddy more than the truth. Yes, it sucks Americans are losing their jobs, if you haven't noticed its been happening for some time now. Welcome to the real world. You all won't do anything about, still stuck in the "I've been dumped phase" and will just move on to the next one willing to accept you for who you "are."

You think URMs are here problem? Sorry, but they are just a pawn. Too many fat, lazy, greedy people in high places who decided padding their bank accounts and back sides was paramount is the problem. We didn't used to have dozens of VPs, senior VPs, etc etc like a BANK and today they are everywhere, many in general manager roles dead asleep at the wheel.

URMs are a symptom of these fat cats replacing real work with political correctness as a means to get ahead
